Brad served in the US Navy where he supervised and led the operation and certification of submarine weapons, ship, and nuclear reactor plant systems. Brad worked for McKinsey & Company and served as VP of Transformation in multiple lower-middle market private equity portfolio companies where he drove growth and cost optimization initiatives, ultimately leading successful turnarounds and over $50M EBITDA in value creation.

Brad earned an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University, and holds certification as a Navy Nuclear Engineer Officer.
