Harris S. Fried is an international lawyer with extensive experience in international banking and finance who has served as in-house counsel to some of the largest and most well-regarded financial institutions in the world. In 2016 Mr. Fried and Dr. Bosbotinis co-authored the white paper “A Base Case for Disrupting the Missile Defense Industry ©” and their early collaboration inspired the establishment of Citadel Analytics (UK) Ltd., a for-profit research institute/think tank based in the UK which collects and analyzes data on air and missile defense and through its proprietary methodology identifies actionable investment opportunities for the Fund.

Harris earned a Juris Doctorate from Emory University, a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Since January 2002, Harris has been the CEO of The Fried Family Office LLC. He has focused on making direct investments into the defence sector with a special emphasis on the missile defence industry. The Fried Family Office has a long tradition of philanthropy which Harris remains actively engaged in.

Harris is the Chairman of Citadel Missile Systems Inc. and a Co-founder and Director of Citadel
Analytics (UK) Ltd., a research institute/think tank based in London. Harris is based in the United
States.
